Ya’Mar Community Guidelines
Effective Date: May 20, 2026
Community Guidelines Notice
These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) apply to all users of the Ya’Mar Marketplace application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). These Guidelines are incorporated by reference into the Ya’Mar Terms of Service and related Platform Policies.
Ya’Mar LLC (“Ya’Mar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, trustworthy, and welcoming marketplace environment for buyers, sellers, creators, businesses, and community members.
By using the Platform, users agree to follow these Guidelines and all incorporated Platform Policies.
1. Respectful Conduct
Users are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally when interacting with buyers, sellers, customer support personnel, moderators, or other users.
Harassment, threats, bullying, discrimination, intimidation, hate speech, abusive language, trolling, stalking, impersonation, manipulation, or intentionally disruptive conduct is prohibited.
Users should avoid hostile behavior, retaliation, false accusations, spam, excessive messaging, or conduct that negatively impacts the marketplace experience for others.
2. Honest Marketplace Activity
Users are expected to engage honestly and fairly in all marketplace activity.
Listings, descriptions, photos, pricing, reviews, bids, messages, and transaction-related information should be truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
Users may not manipulate reviews, engage in deceptive bidding practices, misrepresent products, falsify tracking information, abuse refunds or chargebacks, submit false claims, submit manipulated evidence, or engage in fraudulent conduct.
Counterfeit goods, stolen property, infringing materials, prohibited items, deceptive listings, and unlawful inventory are not permitted on the Platform.
3. Safe and Responsible Selling
Sellers are expected to provide accurate listings, ship orders within stated handling times, maintain professional communication, package items appropriately, and cooperate during disputes or investigations.
Sellers should use reliable sourcing methods, maintain honest inventory practices, and avoid fulfillment methods that negatively impact customer trust, shipping reliability, marketplace integrity, or Platform reputation.
Ya’Mar reserves the right to remove listings, suppress visibility, restrict categories, hold payouts, impose reserves, or suspend sellers whose conduct negatively affects customer experience, fraud prevention systems, operational reliability, or marketplace safety.
4. Safe and Responsible Buying
Buyers are expected to review listings carefully, communicate honestly, provide accurate shipping information, comply with applicable laws, and use dispute systems in good faith.
Buyers may not abuse refund systems, engage in fraudulent chargebacks, manipulate disputes, submit false claims, harass sellers, interfere with investigations, or misuse Platform protections.
Users should exercise reasonable judgment when participating in marketplace transactions and promptly report suspicious conduct through approved Platform channels.
5. Content and Communications
Users may not upload, post, share, transmit, or distribute unlawful, infringing, sexually exploitative, hateful, deceptive, harmful, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Spam, scams, phishing attempts, malware, unauthorized advertising, unauthorized promotions, misleading communications, or attempts to redirect users off-platform for prohibited transactions are prohibited.
Ya’Mar may remove content, restrict visibility, moderate communications, preserve evidence, or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, customer safety, marketplace integrity, operational protection, or Platform security.
6. Platform Integrity and Security
Users may not interfere with the Platform’s operations, security systems, fraud prevention systems, moderation systems, shipping systems, payment systems, or technical infrastructure.
Unauthorized scraping, automated access, bots, AI agents, reverse engineering, malicious software, account takeovers, credential abuse, data mining, or attempts to bypass Platform protections are prohibited.
Ya’Mar may use automated systems, AI-assisted moderation systems, fraud detection technologies, behavioral analysis tools, monitoring systems, and operational review systems to maintain marketplace safety, detect suspicious activity, enforce Policies, and protect Platform integrity.
7. Reporting Violations
Users are encouraged to report suspicious conduct, counterfeit concerns, fraud, abusive behavior, policy violations, security concerns, or unlawful activity through approved Platform reporting tools or support channels.
False reporting, abusive reporting, retaliatory reporting, or misuse of reporting systems is prohibited.
Ya’Mar reserves the right, but not the obligation, to investigate reported activity, preserve evidence, cooperate with payment processors, cooperate with customs authorities, cooperate with regulators, cooperate with rights holders, cooperate with shipping providers, or cooperate with law enforcement agencies where reasonably necessary for Platform protection or legal compliance.
8. Enforcement and Moderation
Violations of these Guidelines or related Platform Policies may result in warnings, listing removal, visibility restrictions, payout holds, reserve requirements, transaction reversals, restricted functionality, account suspension, permanent termination, collections activity, arbitration, or legal enforcement.
Ya’Mar reserves the right to determine appropriate enforcement actions at Ya’Mar’s reasonable discretion based on available evidence, operational considerations, fraud prevention concerns, legal obligations, marketplace integrity protections, payment processor requirements, customs compliance concerns, and Platform security considerations.
Certain moderation or enforcement decisions may involve automated systems.
9. Community Responsibility
The Ya’Mar community depends on trust, honesty, safety, professionalism, and responsible marketplace participation.
Users are encouraged to help maintain a respectful environment by communicating professionally, following Platform Policies, respecting intellectual property rights, complying with applicable laws, and avoiding conduct that harms the marketplace experience for others.
10. Guideline Updates
Ya’Mar may update these Guidelines periodically for operational changes, legal compliance, fraud prevention purposes, marketplace integrity protections, safety concerns, payment processor requirements, or Platform security needs.
Updated versions become effective upon posting within the Platform or on Ya’Mar’s website. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines where permitted by law.
