These charges are collected prior to shipment and remitted through participating shipping providers, carriers, customs processing partners, or other authorized entities.
Certain sellers may be permitted to offer Delivered at Place (DAP) shipping methods where supported by the Platform. For DAP shipments, buyers may remain responsible for duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, import charges, and other governmental assessments imposed by the destination country.
Where DAP shipping is offered, Ya'Mar may display estimated duties, taxes, and import charges for informational purposes only. Actual amounts assessed by customs authorities may differ.
Buyers acknowledge that customs authorities, tax authorities, carriers, and governmental agencies may assess additional fees, duties, taxes, penalties, storage charges, brokerage fees, inspection fees, or other amounts that were not known or calculable at checkout.
Customs assessments, governmental decisions, tariff changes, exchange rate fluctuations, and regulatory actions remain outside Ya'Mar's control.

International returns are subject to the Ya'Mar Refunds & Returns Policy, Buyer Protection Policy, Seller Protection Policy, and applicable law.
Approved international returns may require the use of a return shipping label provided, approved, or supported by Ya'Mar, the seller, the carrier, or applicable shipping partners.
Buyers and sellers acknowledge that customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, carrier processing fees, governmental assessments, customs clearance charges, and similar cross-border fees paid in connection with an international shipment may not be refundable.
The availability of refunds for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, and similar charges is determined by applicable governmental authorities, customs agencies, carriers, and third-party service providers, and remains outside Ya'Mar's control.
Unless otherwise required by law, Ya'Mar does not guarantee reimbursement or recovery of customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges associated with international transactions.
Where a partial refund is issued, duties, taxes, shipping charges, brokerage fees, customs charges, and related cross-border fees may remain non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Lost, Damaged, Delayed, or Returned Packages
If international shipments are lost, damaged, delayed, refused, returned, abandoned, held by customs, denied entry, or otherwise disrupted during transit, Ya'Mar may coordinate investigations with carriers, customs authorities, logistics providers, insurers, shipping partners, or other third parties.
Buyers and sellers agree to reasonably cooperate with:
• Carrier investigations
• Customs inquiries
• Insurance claims
• Fraud investigations
• Delivery verification procedures
• Regulatory reviews
Carrier insurance decisions, reimbursement determinations, liability limitations, customs decisions, and claim approvals are determined solely by the applicable carrier, insurer, governmental authority, customs agency, or service provider.
If a shipment is refused by the buyer, returned by customs authorities, denied entry into the destination country, abandoned during customs clearance, or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import restrictions, inaccurate customs information, prohibited items, or regulatory requirements, additional charges may be incurred.
Such charges may include:
• Return shipping fees
• Storage fees
• Customs processing fees
• Brokerage fees
• Disposal fees
• Carrier administrative fees
• Governmental assessments
• Other costs associated with the return, destruction, or recovery of the shipment
Where permitted by law, these costs may be deducted from refunds, charged to the responsible party, recovered through the Platform, or otherwise collected by Ya'Mar, participating carriers, logistics providers, or payment processors.
Items returned due to customs rejection, import restrictions, inaccurate customs declarations, inaccurate HS codes, prohibited items, unpaid duties or taxes, buyer refusal, or regulatory action may not qualify for a refund unless seller fault is determined or otherwise required by law.
10. Non-Refundable Fees
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the following fees may remain non-refundable once incurred, assessed, remitted, processed, or paid:
• Buyer Protection fees
• Payment processing fees
• Shipping label fees
• Customs duties already remitted
• Import taxes already remitted
• VAT or GST already remitted
• Currency conversion fees
• Brokerage fees
• Carrier processing fees
• International transaction fees

• International return processing fees
For Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipments, duties, taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, and similar import-related charges collected during checkout may be remitted to carriers, customs authorities, governmental agencies, logistics providers, or third-party service providers before delivery occurs.
Once such amounts have been remitted, processed, assessed, or paid, they may not be recoverable and may remain non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where reimbursement is successfully obtained from the applicable governmental authority, carrier, customs agency, or service provider.
